Your new role
Reporting to the Managing Director, the role of Senior Project Manager / Director will require you to provide project management services to public and private clients throughout Dublin and the surrounding areas, initially overseeing a range of Educational projects. You will build relationships with existing clients with the aim of creating new business opportunities thus expanding the organisations project portfolio. The organisation hope to increase their footprint in the market and you will assist in building a strong team of PQS and PM professionals.
What you’ll need to succeed
This role will require you to have 10+ years’ experience working within the construction industry, ideally you will come from a cost management background. You will be MRICS qualified with a proven track record including the ability to assist in business development. You must have a good understanding of NEC and JCT contracts and be familiar with leading projects throughout the entire life cycle. It is essential that you are a career minded and an ambitious individual who has the ability to drive projects forward and successful lead a team of professionals
