The Project Manager will be responsible for a flagship affordable housing development in the Northampton area, reporting to the Regional Director.

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the project is run on time, to budget and within safety guidelines, factoring the new COVID19 guidelines. They will have 2 direct reports in the shape of Contract Manager, with 15 indirect staff. They will be the lead POC for the project both with the end client, and internally and will report weekly/monthly on progress.
The successful candidate will possess at least 5 years experience in a similar role working for a social housing contractor in the design and build sector. An adept communicator at all levels, they will possess strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen.
