Job Description

My client provides the ultimate professional contract wall and flooring service to clients throughout the whole of the United Kingdom and Europe, and is recognised for its highest levels of standards, performance and proactive approach to problem solving.
Projects are mainly based in and around London but they do work UK wide.
Experience Required
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our organisation for a Contracts/Projects Manager.
Responsibilities: managing commercial contracts from inception to completion, including the management of budgets and procurement of materials and labour, ensuring the project is managed on time and on budget to the client’s satisfaction.
The Applicant must be able to demonstrate a proactive approach and ideally have specialist and detailed knowledge and experience in the flooring industry, as well as a flexible and adaptable approach. Some travelling will be involved, visiting sites (roughly 3 days a week in the office, 2 days on site)
Essential
Knowledge of flooring projects is imperative!
5+ years experience in a similar role
Experience working on project sizes up to £1.5m
Great communication abilities
Strong knowledge base and be able to work on own
Driving licence and ideally a car

This is an exciting opportunity!
Hrs: 9.00 – 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday
Mileage allowance / Potentially company car
Bonus structure would have to be agreed in regards to finishing projects on time/standard
28 holiday days including bank holidays
