An exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s largest property organisations, the company has grown at a rapid pace. They now require a passionate and service orientated Facilities Manager to oversee a multi site portfolio. A competitive salary and bonus are available to the successful candidate.
Your new role
As the Area Facilities Manager you will be responsible for managing a cluster of properties. You will be expected to provide a customer focused, property and facilities management service to the business and its tenants. Key areas of focus will be developing and maintaining a strong working relationship with tenants, stakeholders and contractors, monitor and audit of value for money services, work with asset and property teams to identify, scope and deliver projects.
What you’ll need to succeed
A proven track record in facilities or property management, ideally within a multi-site environment. Strong people management, leadership and communication skills are a must have. Prior experience of hard & soft services, contractor management and procurement, health & safety and compliance is essential. IOSH qualification is a minimum requirement.
What you’ll get in return
An industry competitive salary of £33,000 – £35,000, plus bonus and package.
